You've heard the old saying… "cooking with gas" … back in the day that meant you were really on top of your game! Today's entertainment mogul sisters are showing us what on top of your game really means. They're hot and cooking a bit faster… electronically and with more power! Los Angeles Network Group Leader Debra Hughes recently signed a million dollar concert promotion deal to take several R&B recording artists to Europe. Artists on the bill include Keith Sweat, Silk, and New Edition … with headliner Janet Jackson!!! Deb… you go girl!

Congrats to Cynthia Johnson holding down the top promotions spot at the newly restructured Warner Bros. Records. Another top player at Warner is Ms Chonita Floyd, look for some blazing artist marketing plans from this young lady. Through the shake up at the bunny, we're proud to say our some of our members held strong, Monique Davis, Colleen Wilson, Camille Hackney among others. Shouts to Sony Music's Lisa Ellis… in her new position as General Manager, girl we are so proud of you!! We couldn't close this segment without mentioning Nzingha Stewart! Nzingha is the new flavor in music video production… tight shots, incredible scenes, smart artists know who to call for the right video… you go girl!

CONGRATS to our sister and CEO Ms Sylvia Rhone! Sylvia begins her reign at Universal Records and we know many hits and superstars are about to follow.
