SHERO HALL OF FAME CEREMONY

The NABFEME 2005 Shero Hall of Fame Ceremony, Saturday evening, August 20th at 8:00 p.m. at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Chicago.  A salute to our industry "wonder women" ... "The First Ladies."  Women with significant firsts in their careers... firsts  that have impacted entertainment industry and us all.  Don't miss the special Shero salute to Angela Winbush from KeKe Wyatt and Avant!!

Dr. Johnnetta B. Cole, President of Bennett College.  Dr. Cole made history when she became the first Black woman to be named President of Spelman College.  Dr. Cole will deliver the keynote address!

Ms. Sylvia Robinson , the woman who gave birth to the Rap Industry.  Ms Robinson had the first successful Rap label, Rap group and Rap song with "Rapper's Delight" on Sugarhill Records by the Sugarhill Gang.

Ms. Paula Madison , the first African American to be named General Manager of a network owned television station in a top five market.  The turnaround queen took WNBC New York to number 1 and then headed west to do the same for KNBC Los Angeles!


Its a Star studded night saluting the NABFEME Sheroes.  KeKe Wyatt and Avant will perform "My First Love" in a special tribute to the First Lady of Production, Ms Angela Winbush!  The evening is rounded out as Vivian Green brings in her band to rock the house Diva Style!
